摘要 <p>Disclosed are a magnesium alloy coiled material having excellent flatness and a manufacturing method therefor, and a magnesium alloy member using the coiled material and a manufacturing method therefor. Specifically disclosed is a coiled material in which a plate-like material consisting of magnesium alloy is wound in a cylindrical shape, and the inner diameter of which is 1000 mm or less. When a warp test specimen (1) cut from the coiled material is mounted on a horizontal table (100), the ratio of a maximum distance (h) of a gap (110) between both (1) and (100) in the vertical direction to a width (w) of the test specimen (1) is 0.5% or less. The coiled material can be manufactured by applying rolling to the cast materials obtained by consecutively casting the magnesium alloy, applying warm cure working to the obtained rolled plates, and winding the obtained worked plates after the temperature immediately before the winding is made 100°C or lower at the time of winding the obtained worked plates in the cylindrical shape. By making the temperature immediately before the winding sufficiently low, plate-like materials after the winding are not susceptible to causing warp in the width direction even when the number of winding is high, and besides are not susceptible to having winding tendency and thus has the excellent flatness even when the winding diameter is small.</p>
