The device has a loop (2) or two strands independent from a flexible material and adhered to each other. The loop is associated to a carriage token (1) of a supermarket at any circumstances. The loop is associated to a clip by a rivet for being attached to a reusable shopping bag. The loop is made of PVC foam, where length of the loop or the strands is 2 to 5 cm and width of the loop or the strands 1 to 1.5 cm.
