<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive maintenance supporting system and a maintenance supporting method that can prevent occurrence of incorrect operation and the like of equipment before they happen and that can allow even a person other than a skilled operator to operate the equipment appropriately and quickly. <P>SOLUTION: The maintenance supporting system has a terminal apparatus 1 that is provided at a load dispatching center and that sets an operation order and management data of the equipment to be operated, a management server 2 that manages the operation order and the like, a terminal apparatus 3 that is provided at a control center and that receives the operation order and the like from the terminal apparatus 1 and the like via a communication line, an IC card reader and writer 5, an IC card 4 to which the operation order and the like is written using the IC card reader and writer 5, an identification apparatus 8 that is provided for each equipment provided at a workplace, that has a display function and a wireless communication function, and that holds identification information and the management data of the equipment, and a mobile terminal apparatus 9 that is brought by the operator, that has the display function and the wireless communication function and that holds the operation order read from the inserted IC card 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
