<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document classification apparatus in an information retrieval system, wherein information is classified and presented by subjects to be changed according to design scenes, and when generating classification categories based on the reference history of the information, the priority order of the information is considered, and even when unrelated information in a design scene is referred to, classification categories with less relationship are displayed similarly to classification categories with high relationship. <P>SOLUTION: A keyword is extracted from a document in reference or creation, which is displayed on an operation screen; a subject is found out in each design scene by comparing the extracted keyword with the contents of a subject table in which subjects and their related words are described; and information is classified and displayed according to the subject. Further, whether the document in reference is created in an upstream process or contents concerned with business being executed at present from business project template data in which a business procedure, its results and reference data to be referred to in the business procedure are defined, and the priority order of the subject found out from the document concerned with the business being executed at preset is increased and displayed on a higher rank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
