PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system for supporting the improvement of usability by achieving the unitary management of data to be generated by each application, and for dynamically deriving a function for executing the next action.

SOLUTION: An information management system 10 is configured to integrally manage information 12 generated by a plurality of applications A to G for managing the task of mutually different functions. The mutually related information among the information generated by the applications A to G is bound in a preliminarily set sequence for each of integral action ID to be newly numbered by a binding means 13 based on a rule set in a bind rule table 14, and managed by an integral action table 17 for each of the integral action ID. A display control means 18 extracts information corresponding to the log-in conditions to the system 10 from an integral action table 17, and displays the information on a display screen 19 for each of the integral action ID.
