<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To halt a base station device or to change base station device information without greatly affecting communication with a mobile station device. <P>SOLUTION: When a state is changed from a first state where a communication between a mobile station device and a first base station device is enabled to a second state where the communication between the mobile station device and the first base station device is restricted, in at least one of sectors, the first base station device notifies a second base station device of information about the change of the state before changing a base station, which communicates with the mobile station device, from the first base station device to the second base station device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
