<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing system of a construction machine with a power generation function. <P>SOLUTION: This invention includes a lower traveling body capable of traveling; an upper turning body mounted on the upper part of the lower traveling body and provided with a working device; a swing ring gear fixed to the lower traveling body; a swing ring gear cover fixed to the upper turning body and combined with the swing ring gear to rotationally move; a permanent magnet provided for either the swing ring gear or the swing ring gear cover; and an induction coil provided for the other of the swing ring gear or the swing ring gear cover.
