<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide formulations in which human parathyroid hormone (PTH) useful for the treatment of bone-related disorders such as osteoporosis is stabilized at relatively high concentration. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the pharmaceutical formulation comprising human parathyroid hormone at concentration from 0.3 to 10 mg/mL, a pharmaceutically acceptable citrate buffer solution having a pH of from 4 to 6 at concentration of from 5 to 20 mM, and at least one osmotic modifier of sodium chloride and/or mannitol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
