<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of attaching first and second grommets to a body panel when the first and second grommets are attached to both surfaces of the body panel on which through-holes for inserting wire harnesses are drilled. <P>SOLUTION: The first grommet 11 and the second grommet 21 are provided which can abut on both surfaces of the body panel P on which wire harness insertion through-holes are drilled. Each of the first and second grommets is formed by using rubber or elastomer to integrally mold a small-diameter cylindrical part with a wire harness inserted so as to be closely attached and fixed by tape winding and a large-diameter cylindrical part which continues to one end of the small-diameter cylindrical part. Front end opening side edges of the large-diameter cylindrical parts of the first and second grommets are arranged to abut on both surfaces of the body panel, and one end of a stud bolt 31 inserted and fixed to the bolt hole drilled on the periphery of the wire harness through-hole of the body panel and protruded from both surfaces of the body panel is inserted through a bolt hole on the first grommet and fixed using a nut, and the other side portion of the stud bolt is inserted through a bolt press-fitting hole 24 formed on the second grommet to support the second grommet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
