<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corruption of a block of a flash memory due to a sudden power supply interruption without providing a mass backup power source for protecting the entire system or a capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply control circuit 12 includes an electrical power generating unit 35 that generates electrical power and supplies the generated electrical power to an electronic device having NAND-Flashes 7 and 8 and a control unit 21; a reset IC 32 and a FET 31 that monitor a voltage of electrical power supplied to the control unit 21, and switches such that, when the voltage is less than a predetermined threshold value, the electrical power is supplied to the control unit 21 and is not supplied to the NAND-Flashes 7 and 8; and a capacitor 33 that maintains, when the electrical power is switched to be supplied to the control unit 21, a voltage applied to the NAND-Flashes 7 and 8 for a period of time during which writing of data to the NAND-Flashes 7 and 8 can be completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
