<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of information with a high risk when it is leaked, and to determine safe connection to a network. <P>SOLUTION: A temporary address of a device temporarily used on a network is generated, names used on the network of a plurality of communication devices connectable to the network are acquired, and by accessing a server managing the correspondence relation of the names of the respective communication devices used on the network and the addresses by using the temporary address, a name solution based on the respective names of the plurality of communication devices is requested to the server. As a result of the request, by the fact that the addresses of a predetermined ratio or higher of the plurality of communication devices are acquired from the server as at least one of the conditions, it is determined that the network is connected.
