<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device of a cut workpiece for a laser beam machine for machining a long workpiece such as a pipe, which device can reliably cut a portion to be formed into a product, from the workpiece, and can hold the cut portion. <P>SOLUTION: The holding device of the cut workpiece includes a supporting base 11 that is provided in the laser beam machine and is movable along a longitudinal direction of a long pipe P. The supporting base 11 includes a workpiece holding means that is rotatably supported through a bearing, movably holds the pipe P along the axial direction of the pipe P, and is rotated integrally with the pipe P. The workpiece holding means includes two or more holding ports 15, 16 that come into contact with the pipe P at mutually separated positions along the axial direction of the pipe P to hold the pipe P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
