<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a stator for an rotary electric machine, wherein displacement of in-slot portions, loss of shape in the stator winding, and the like can be avoided in forming the stator winding. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the stator for the rotary electric machine that includes a ring-like stator core 30 having multiple slots 31 in the circumferential direction and a stator winding 40 comprising multiple conductors 50 wound around the stator core 30 has a conductor forming step 101 to form conductors 50 having in-slot portions 51 to be accommodated in the slots 31 and turn sections 52 for connecting the in-slot portions 51 to be accommodated in the slots 31 different in the circumferential direction; a rolling step 102 to form the conductors 50 in a circular or spiral shape; a stator winding forming step 103 to form the cylindrical stator winding 40 through assembly by relatively moving multiple conductors 50 formed in circular or spiral shape to each other in the axial direction; and a core assembling step 104 to assemble the stator winding 40 and the stator core 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
