PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rubber from protruding to an outer peripheral side in a state where a disk-like rubber and a support metal fitting come into misaligned contact with each other. SOLUTION: An elastic support link device for connecting a vehicle body 4 of a railroad vehicle and a bogie 5 or an elastic support link device for connecting a truck frame of the bogie 5 for the railroad vehicle and a gear device, is constituted. A frictional resistance force increasing part, for example, a groove 2aa is arranged on a contact surface 2a with the rubber 1 of the support metal fitting 2 of the elastic support link device fitted to and installed on both sides of a fastening object 3 in a state of compressing the disk-like rubber 1 of arranging a circular hole 1a in the center in advance from both sides by the support metal fitting 2. As a result of this, even if sliding-out force by deformation of the rubber increases by increasing a compressive load of the rubber, since dislocation of the contact position between the rubber and the support metal fitting can be restrained, protrusion to the outer peripheral side of the rubber is limited to a central part of the rubber, and is restored to an original state by a release of the compressive load, and reduction in an allowable axial directional load as a link can be restrained.
