PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately measuring ADP (Adenosine diphosphate) in a sample by dry chemistry, and to provide an examination instrument used therefor. SOLUTION: When ADP in a sample is enzymatically reacted with ADP-dependent hexokinase or the like, ADP is measured by dry chemistry in the coexistence of phosphoenol piruvate and piruvate kinase. Hence, the blank value is decreased, and the inclination of a calibration curve is reduced.
