PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door device having a structure capable of arranging a plurality of sliding doors flush and holding the sliding doors without moving the center of gravity slightly for a pulley suspending the sliding doors when the sliding doors move. SOLUTION: This sliding door device comprises a second pulley mechanism 8 including a connection plate 80 having one end held rotatably in a first support part and extended along an upper end edge of the final movable sliding door 4B and the second pulley 8 moving on a guide rail 3 and having a second support part holding the second pulley 8 rotatably and fixed on the other end of a holding plate and a holding mechanism fixed on the other end side of the upper end edge of the final movable sliding door 4B, positioned on one end of the connection plate 80 to hold the other end side of the final movable sliding door 4B when the final movable sliding door 4B and the connection plate 80 are positioned in parallel, and positioned in a holding part provided in a non-moving part to hold the other end side of the final movable sliding door 4B when the final movable sliding door 4B moves to a position registering with the non-moving part.
