PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a test simulating torque pulsation occurring in an actual tire with high precision. SOLUTION: Arithmetic circuits 12, 13 of a simulation operation unit 10 leaves pulsation torque components occurring in an output shaft (tire) of a power train mapped by frequency components and amplitude for each vehicle speed (tire rotating speed), obtains pulsation torque components simulating pulsation torque components occurring in the actual tire from the map and the vehicle speed by an arithmetic circuit 14, and adds the pulsation torque component to a torque command value of a dynamometer by a pulsation torque component addition circuit 15.
