PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine power plant achieving easy operation and stable power generation, and using byproduct gas further increasing generated energy, as fuel. SOLUTION: This gas turbine power plant 20 includes: a gas turbine power-generation facility 30 provided with a fuel compressor 32 pressurizing low-pressure byproduct gas generated secondarily from a factory, a combustor 34 burning the byproduct gas pressurized by the fuel compressor 32, an air compressor 36 sending compressed air to the combustor 34, and a generator 40; and a carbon dioxide removal installation 100 further cooling the byproduct gas after the byproduct gas is cooled and dehumidified and recovering and removing the carbon dioxide in the byproduct gas as dry ice. The gas turbine power-generation facility 30 uses the byproduct gas with the carbon dioxide removed or the byproduct gas with the carbon dioxide reduced as the fuel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
