PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more sufficient living environment to a single unit house for transportation by increasing a living space, economic efficiency, and simplicity in installation and assembling. SOLUTION: In an extension-type unit house comprising a unit house body 4 (with a second-story floor), a toilet unit 2, a kitchen unit 3, and a second-floor wall/roof unit 1, the toilet unit 2 and the kitchen unit 3 are incorporated into both sides in the long-side direction of the unit house body 4 (with the second-story floor), and a space of the first floor is expanded and changed by sliding. Also, the second-floor wall/roof unit 1 whose second floor space has a double structure of two walls in the long-side direction of the unit house body 4 (with the second-story floor) is slid vertically upward by using a hoist, whereby folding fitting-doors at both sides (in the short-side direction) jointed to the upper parts of both ends of the walls are raised and can be fixed at a predetermined position.
