PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor device in a simple structure, which prevents the shear fracture of an anchor body while attaining simplification in construction and reduction in costs. SOLUTION: The anchor device includes the anchor body anchored under the ground and a holder cylinder externally fitted to part of the anchor body. The anchor body includes a self-drilling anchoring lever, an anchor rope with its one end connected to the head of the anchoring lever and its other end exposed on the ground surface, and a joint tool fixed to one end of the anchor rope.
