PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap capable of being recognized from all directions of the cap, although there is a cap attached with an LED at its brim part, it has a defect that the light of the LED is hardly observed from the rear direction and side directions of the cap, since the LED is covered with the upper cloth of the brim in the cap. SOLUTION: By elongating a single or plurality of electric wires 5 connected with a battery 8, switch 9 and controller 10 along a flexibly bending supporting rod 6 extended from a brim edge 2, crown 3 and top 4 in the upward direction, connecting a single or plurality of the LEDs 7 in the middle of the electric wires 5 and flashing, since the light illuminates upper, lower and four directions, operations are made easier. Also since the light of the LEDs attached to the flexibly bending supporting rod swings and moves, a person wearing the cap can be easily recognized from a far place. Further, in the case that the structure of the plurality of the LEDs 7 is made as capable of increasing or decreasing the intensity of light having the same or different colors, and flashing at the same time or flashing with time difference by the switch 9 and controller 10, the presence of the cap can be more observable.
