METHOD FOR PRODUCING RUBBER REINFORCING AGENT AND RUBBER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber reinforcing agent that dries carbon nanotubes without aggregation and is added to a rubber polymer to improve balance between reinforcing properties and low heat build-up. SOLUTION: The method for producing a rubber reinforcing agent includes mixing a water dispersion of carbon nanotube with a nanofiller being an inorganic filler having an average particle diameter of 2-200 nm in an amount of 0.1-0.5 of the weight of the carbon nanotube and drying the mixture to give a composite material of carbon nanotube and nanofiller.
