PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer also provided with dispersibility of further improved hydrophobic contamination as compared with conventional one when it is used for use of a detergent and re-contamination prevention ability. SOLUTION: The polymer is obtained by polymerizing the hydrophobic group-containing monomer in the presence of the polyoxyalkylene-based compound making it as an indispensable component. In the polymer, a mass ratio of the structure originated in the polyoxyalkylene-based compound is 50-99 mass% relative to 100 mass% of the total mass of the structure originated in the polyoxyalkylene-based compound and the structure originated in the entire monomer, and a mass ratio of the structure originated in the hydrophobic group-containing monomer is 1-50 mass%.
