PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in the case of removing dust and rubbish with an adhesive tape sold on the market, wherein the adhesive tape is difficult to use because its adhesive face sticks to a surface to be cleaned, and an adhesive sheet for exclusive use or the like is high in cost and causes enlargement of a cleaning implement to make it difficult to clean a narrow clearance or the like, and it is also troublesome to remove the old adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The cleaning implement is adapted to fix one side of an adhesive tape end face to prevent the adhesive tape from sticking to the surface to be cleaned, and the surface of the cleaning implement includes a nonadhesive material layer to facilitate attachment/detachment of the adhesive tape to/from the cleaning implement.
