PURPOSE: A punch press machine for a bus bar is provided to separate a fixing bolt from a tool installation block by detaching an installation plate. CONSTITUTION: A tool installation block(500) is connected to an elevating driving unit(300). An insertion groove(512) is formed in one side of the tool installation block. A processing tool is inserted into the insertion groove. A fixing hole(514) is formed in the other side of the tool installation block. A fixing bolt(600) is inserted into the fixing hole. A fastening plate(700) is placed on the plane in which the fixing hole is formed.
