PURPOSE: A method for generating recovery waste heat is provided to collect the heat by adding heat to steam vapor. CONSTITUTION: A method for generating recovery waste heat comprises next steps. The water is vaporized by spraying water to the surface of a vacuum condensation heat exchange pipe. The vacuum condensation heat exchange pipe controls a degree of a vacuum in order to produce steam vapor. The generated steam vapor is pushed to a steam temperature elevating unit giving the heat at the inner top unit. The temperature is increased to 100°C. The heat steam vapor is corrected by the heat exchanging device. The heat is transferred to an outside boiler or a low pressure boiler. The generation is performed by the pressure difference of the turbine room and boiler.
