<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorption tower causing no temperature variation in the tower even when gas flow paths in the tower cross the longitudinal direction of tubes. <P>SOLUTION: The adsorption tower 50 adsorbing a specific component contained in gas includes a shell 51 packed with an adsorbent 59 therein, a plurality of tubes 56 in which a heat medium performing heat-exchange with the adsorbent 59 flows, and an opening vertically provided so as to penetrate the shell 51 and enabling flow of the gas and packing and recovering of the adsorbent 59. The plurality of tubes 56 are disposed so as to traverse the inside of the shell 51. Gas flows in the shell 51 upward or downward, and the sizes of the gas flow paths are nearly fixed from the upper part to the lower part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
