<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that satisfactory printing quality can not be obtained at such a high-speed rotation printing that the printing rotation number is 300 rpm or more because a proper ink amount necessary for printing can not be supplied due to scattering of hot melt ink and sagging of the ink accompanied by high-speed rotation of a thermosensitive ink roller in a hot roller printer using the conventional thermosensitive ink roller. <P>SOLUTION: A continuous pore foam 3a is compressed at a compression ratio of 50 to 87.5% to make the porosity 70 to 90% and make the hardness of the surface 16 to 40°, thereby, allows a proper amount of the hot melt ink to ooze on the surface of the continuous pore foam 3a and, as the result, the optimal amount of the ink can be supplied to a type set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
