PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method and an assembly device of a ball bearing capable of forcibly distributing balls to right and left sides between an inner ring and an outer ring, preventing generation of bridge and shortening cycle time. SOLUTION: This assembly device 10 includes a tool 12 of a substantially crescent-shape in top view arrangeable in a gap S of a substantially crescent-shape formed between the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3 by relatively and eccentrically arranging the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3 in the same plane, and a nozzle 14 arranged on an upper side in the gap S and capable of storing the plurality of balls 4. The tool 12 includes a substantially triangular shaped ball straightening part 20 forming each of a pair of inclined faces 21 extending toward both end sides at the center.
