PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper device for simplifying an installation structure of a pivot cover to a pivot holder. SOLUTION: The wiper device includes a movement regulating member 42 fixed to an AS side pivot shaft 25b, supported on one end side of a shaft support part 41 and regulating the movement in the axial direction of the AS side pivot shaft 25b to the shaft support part 41, a support recessed part 41c arranged on one end side of the shaft support part 41 and recessed inside in the radial direction more than an outer peripheral edge part of the movement regulating member 42, and a support projection part 45c arranged on one end side of a cylinder part 45a and installed in the support recessed part 41c. The one end side of the cylinder part 45a is formed of an elastically deformable elastic member, and the support projection part 45c abuts by entering the support recessed part 41c by getting over the movement regulating member 42 by elastic deformation of the cylinder part 45a.
