PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for allowing rotation regulation and rectilinear movement of a plurality of optical members by moving a base of each cam follower in the optical axis direction with respect to a single rectilinear guide groove even when the circumferential phases of the cam followers of the plurality of optical members are shifted. SOLUTION: Slides 3c and 3d guided in the optical axis direction along both facing inner wall surfaces 8b and 8c of a rectilinear barrel 8 of the rectilinear guide groove 8a are disposed in the base of the cam follower 3a of the first optical member 3. A guide surface 3e for guiding the base of the cam follower 5a of the second optical member 5 in the optical axis direction is disposed in the slide 3c.
