PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor of which the cost can be reduced to be smaller than the cost of a conventional motor. SOLUTION: The motor includes a rotor which rotates circumferentially, a stator which is disposed on the outer circumferential side of the rotor and is molded with a mold resin 3, a conductive load-side bracket 7 disposed on the load side of the stator, a conductive opposite-to-load-side bracket 10 which is disposed opposite to the load side of the stator and has a through-hole 10a passing through in a direction parallel with the rotating shaft of the rotor and having an annular groove 3a made of the mold resin 3 inside the through-hole 10a, an annular elastic member 13 disposed on the annular groove 3a, a conductive screw 12 which is inserted from the opposite-to-load-side of the opposite-to-load-side bracket 10 to the inner diameter side of the elastic member 13 to fasten the opposite-to-load-side bracket 10, the stator, and the load-side bracket 7 together and electrically connect the opposite-to-load-side bracket 10 to the load-side bracket 7, and an encoder disposed on the opposite-to-load-side of the opposite-to-load-side bracket 10.
