PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a communication band between bases efficiently in a call center system where terminals are arranged in a plurality of bases. SOLUTION: The call center system is constituted by assigning a user terminal and an operator terminal to each operator, distributing the operator terminals and the user terminals to a plurality of bases connected over a relay network, and arranging a band controller in each base where the processing of the operator terminals and the user terminals is managed and controlled by means of a call center server. The call center server has a means with which an operator operates the operator terminal in each base and summarizes the total number of log-on in the call center server, and a means for controlling each band controller to adjust the bandwidth of a call signal assigned to a predetermined call signal which is transmitted or received by the user terminal based on at least the total number of log-on in each base.
