PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color space discrimination condition generator which can accurately set a discrimination condition when performing quality determination using a three-dimensional color space, and to provide an image inspection device using the same. SOLUTION: A region where color space data of only a normal background is distributed is statistically analyzed, and a region where color space data of only a normal inspection object is distributed is statistically analyzed. On the basis of these statistic analysis results, a region where color space data of an intermediate color appearing on a border surface between the inspection object and the background is distributed is determined. Model graphic regions respectively containing each distribution of the background color space data, object color space data and intermediate color space data are set, and a discrimination condition table is generated on the basis of the model graphic regions.
