PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of a gap and irregularities on a pavement by preventing the displacement of a vegetation pavement block (unit); to hardly cause damage to planted plants; and to facilitate restoration. SOLUTION: In this vegetation pavement structure, a vegetation unit, in which a vegetation material is infilled into a plastic frame body having a connecting means provided on an outside surface, and a pavement unit, in which a hardening material is hardened after being infilled into the plastic frame body having the connecting means provided on the outside surface, are properly assembled together, and laid on the ground, so as to cover the ground.
