<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular fluorescent lamp type light-emitting diode lamp (an LED lamp equipped with a fluorescent tube) which is bright with uniform brightness, and non-glaring throughout its total length. <P>SOLUTION: A linear (tubular) LED lamp 600 includes: (a) a long fluorescent tube composed of a long translucent tube 20T and a plurality of fluorescent fibers 35, 36 (elements for expanding a fluorescent area and volume), arranged inside of the tube 20T and including fluorescent substance which expands a surface area or volume of the fluorescent substance; (b) a long LED array 10A composed of a plurality of short-wavelength LEDs and accommodated in a cavity of the fluorescent tube. A light-emitting unit LU-10 includes an LED array 10A and a high thermal conductive hollow support 520 to fix the same. The fluorescent tube receives partially or totally the short-wavelength light emitted from the LEDs and emits visible light, and emission of the visible light or a part of short-wavelength light and visible light makes illumination light. White color illumination light is obtained by the use of blue-color LEDs and yellow fluorescent substances, or near-ultraviolet LEDs and BGR fluorescent substances. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
