<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal device, a rolling bearing device and a method of separating the seal device into a seal member and a seal case, preventing damage of the seal case when removing the seal member. <P>SOLUTION: The seal device 60 is composed of the seal case 80 and members including the seal member 81. The seal case 80 is formed with a fixing part 79 and a second ring 90 radially projecting from the fixing part 79. The seal member 81 is formed with a cylindrical part 110, a first ring 111 radially projecting from the cylindrical part 110, and a lip 121. The cylindrical part 110 of the seal member 81 is fixed to the fixing part 79 of the seal case 80. The second ring 90 of the seal case 80 is formed with a female screw 91 penetrating the second ring 90.
