PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluctuation and overshoot of a heater output while converging a temperature Tcat (catalyst temperature) in a catalytic reaction vessel to the vicinity of a target temperature Ttar for leveling heater power consumption and stabilizing temperature and pressure.
SOLUTION: In a shift to a liquid passing state to supply a liquid to the catalytic reaction vessel, if the temperature Tcat is lower than a lower limit temperature (determination temperature) T1min, which is lower than the target temperature Ttar1, a variable higher limit value Hv1max used for heater control in the oil passing state is increased, and the heater output is controlled within the range of the variable higher limit value Hv1max or less. In a shift to a stand-by state to stop supply of the liquid to the catalytic reaction vessel, if the temperature Tcat is higher than a lower limit temperature (determination temperature) T2min which is lower than the target temperature Ttar2, a variable higher limit value Hv2max used for heater control in the stand-by state is decreased, and the heater output is controlled within the range of the variable higher limit value Hv2max or less.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
