<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door closing controller having a door position detection function capable of accurately detecting where a swing door is positioned among intermediate positions between a door half-open position and a door fully-closed position. <P>SOLUTION: This door closing controller counts the number of pulses from a detection signal corresponding to the rotation of a closer motor 2, counts the number of pulses corresponding to the rotational speed required for moving the swing door 9 from the door half-open position to the door fully-closed position, and stores it. This door closing controller sets the number of counts corresponding to the intermediate position for stopping the swing door 9 once based on the stored number of pulses in an interval from the door half-open position to the door fully-closed position in advance, counts the number of pulses from the door half-open position when the swing door 9 is closed by a user, and detects that the swing door 9 reaches the intermediate position when the number of pulses reaches the number of counts corresponding to the intermediate position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
