<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shift circuit that can be achieved at low cost, contributes to miniaturization, lower power consumption, and higher operation frequency, and prevents malfunction of a flip-flop circuit, and to provide a switching power supply apparatus using the level shift circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The level shift circuit includes resistances R1 and R2 each having one end connected to a level shift power supply, a transistor MN3 whose drain is connected to the other end of the resistance R1, a transistor MN4 whose drain is connected to the other end of the resistance R2, a pulse generating circuit 10 which controls on and off of the transistors MN3 and MN4 based on an input signal, a control unit which generates a set signal when the transistor MN3 is on and generates a reset signal when the transistor MN4 is on, and a flip-flop 12 which outputs an output signal generated by shifting an input signal level based on the set signal and the reset signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
