摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to resources saving and environmental conservation by efficiently planning the effective use of bead pulp by providing a method for manufacturing a film (multi-sheet) which uses bead pulp as a raw material, has high strength, and is slow in decomposition speed, a manufacturing method which reduces the molecular weight of protein to be a defect during film molding, gives thermoplasticity to the bead pulp, and makes good quality film molding possible, and the film manufactured by the method. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the film blended with a thermoplastic composition using the bead pulp as the raw material, the bead pulp is hydrolyzed by a protease, a plasticizer is added into a filter slurry-like object containing a large amount of a bead pulp solid content after filtration, cellulose is hydrolyzed under an ethanol supercritical or subcritical condition, dehydration is carried out, a thermoplastic bead pulp composition is produced, and the thermoplastic bead pulp composition is mixed with a biodegradable resin and extrusion-molded to manufacture the film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
