<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink, inside which a space can be easily formed even when a thin fin is used, and to provide a method for manufacturing the heat sink. <P>SOLUTION: A fin 2 is constituted by sticking a first erecting element 20a having a groove 21 continuous to the lower end 22 on a surface thereof and a second erecting element 20b brought in close contact with the first erecting element. The fin 2 is inserted in a hole 33 provided in a base member 3 to be erected. In forming the groove 21, the groove is formed by etching, blasting, cutting or the like, and a connecting groove 21b for connecting each parallel groove 21a is formed at an upper end of each parallel groove 21a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
