PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent composition, which protects a surface of a base material as well as maintains good appearance, renders fingerprints, which are particularly visible as dirt, into hardly visible, achieves easy removal of fingerprints depositing thereon, and gives a coating film which can be easily removed from a base material when the film requires repair because of flaws or the like. SOLUTION: The coating agent composition is to be applied on a surface of a base material comprising an inorganic member provided on an interior or an exterior of an object, and the composition contains, as effective components, (a) an emulsion of an acrylic copolymer and (b) an aqueous urethane resin, wherein the wt.% of (a)+(b) in the solid content is 40-100 wt.% and the mixing ratios of (a) and (b) are 0-100% of (a) and 0-100% of (b).
