PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classifying device improved in classification accuracy by generating an appropriate binary code table. SOLUTION: A multiple class classifying device includes: a data input part 12 inputting training data and number of times of repetitions of learning; a class coding part 15 calculating a non-separation degree showing the degree of a condition wherein the training data are not classified finely between classes, generating division candidates based on the non-separation degree, performing preliminary learning according to the division candidates, assigning codes matching the results of the preliminary learning to generate the binary code table; a two-class learning part 16 learning a learning unit of two classes by using the binary code table and training data for weighting; a coefficient calculation part 17 calculating coefficients of the individual learning results; an accumulation part 13 accumulating the training data, the number of times of repetitions, the binary code table, the learning unit, and the coefficients; a learning result output part 18 outputting a function for classifying a plurality of classes based on the accumulated information; and a management part 14 performing initialization and update of work information used in the respective parts and managing operation of the respective parts.
