PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game operation lever device capable of displaying the periphery of a lever with light. SOLUTION: The game operation lever device includes a plurality of light emitting parts 46 arranged at circumferentially equal spaces on one circumference around the lever 3 at the front face of a container 2. A game rendering display around the lever 3 can thereby be made with light radiated from the plurality of light emitting parts 46. The diameter of one circumference on which the light emitting parts 46 are arranged is made larger than the diameter of an operating member 4 so that the plurality of light emitting parts 46 are seen to be located outside the operating member 4 when the game operation lever device 1 is viewed from the front. Consequently, even when a player operates the operating member 4 by hand, the player can appropriately recognize the game rendering with light radiated from the plurality of light emitting parts 46.
