PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a player's interest in a period in which a high probability is set in a game machine including a variable display game executor for executing a variable display game based on detection of starting information by a starting information detector, and a special game executor for executing a special game state advantageous to the player based on a special result mode of the variable display game. SOLUTION: The game machine includes: a unique game state controller (a game control device 100) for generating a unique game sate in the period from termination of the special game state till execution of the variable display game a prescribed number of times; and a period determinator (the game control device 100) for determining the prescribed number of times of execution. The game machine further includes: a unique execution time setting device (the game control device 100) for setting the execution time so that the sum of the execution time of the variable display game in the unique game state is the same or approximately same regardless of the prescribed number of times of execution; and a unique presentation executor (a presentation control device 300) for executing a story-like unique presentation continued from the start to the end of the unique game state.
