PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil quantity measuring device capable of accurately measuring the amount of oil mist in a crank chamber. SOLUTION: The oil mist amount measuring device 50 includes a pressure sensor 60 that detects a pressure in the crank chamber 13 housing the crankshaft 16 of an engine body 10, and a signal processing circuit 70 that processes an output signal of the pressure sensor 60. The signal processing circuit 70 is provided with a HPF 71 that extracts the high frequency component of a frequency higher than the maximum speed of engine body 10 among the output signals of pressure sensor 60.
