PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure using a plurality of panels which can perform vibration control of the plurality of panels all together and a vibration control method. SOLUTION: A plurality of panels 11 are used for the structure, and all the panels within a unit area are connected to each other by a connecting member 12 provided with a damper 13 in the unit area including at least two or more panels of the plurality of panels 11. The panel 11 included in the unit area includes panels of which the surfaces are arranged opposite to each other and/or panels of which the sides are connected to each other.
