MICRO CHANNELS HAVING FILM MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND FILM MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: Apparatus and method for manufacturing a thin film having micro channels are provided to enable mass production of a good quality thin film material having micro channels by introducing a semi-solid phase material to a mold using gas pressure. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a thin film having micro channels has a mold(10) for manufacturing the thin film installed at the upper part of a base plate. The mold includes a lower mold(11) supported by a base plate and an upper mold(12) fixed to an upper fixation plate(13) in order to be lifted by an oil-pressure cylinder(14). The lower mold has cavity(17) and is coupled with a sealing adhered closely to the upper mold. A ceramic pipe(3) is installed at the lower part of a gate(21) which installed in order to be connected to the cavity. A liquid metal inlet(30) having a check valve(31) is installed at the end of the ceramic pipe. A gas inlet(32) is installed under the check valve.
