PURPOSE: An extruder for manufacturing plastic wood is provided to easily change the ratio of wood fiber and polymer resin according to the use or characteristic of a product even during producing. CONSTITUTION: An extruder for manufacturing plastic wood comprises first and second mixing units(100,200), a forming unit(300) and a vent unit(400). The first mixing unit melts and mixes polymer resin, wood fiber and color master batch. The second mixing unit melts texture color batch in mixed material transferred from the first mixing unit. The forming unit makes a processing material mixed by the second mixing unit form a given shape of plastic wood. The vent unit discharges gas from the mixed material or the processing material.
